Registration
- Select your country and enter your mobile phone number.
- Select Individual as Register Type.
- Enter your email address, name and surname.
- Click Send to receive a verification code via SMS message and enter it.
- Set your login password. *Noted: No special characters allowed.
- Your registration is complete.

Identity Verification
- Log in to your account.
- You’ll receive a pop-up message, tap Proceed to start identity verification.
- If you tap Cancel, to verify identity, go to Profile > Account Holder Information, and tap Update Info.
- Enter your passport name as required.
- Scan the original copy of your passport.
- Take a selfie.
- Identity verification succeeds.

KYC Questionnaire
- Review and confirm your identity information.
- Fill in and confirm your contact information.
- Select the country of residence for tax, and upload your tax identification document.
- Select occupation type, fill in the required fields, and confirm. *Noted: No need to upload the proof of source of funds.
- Complete the fields of purpose of opening an account.
- Review all your details and confirm.
- Your submission is in progress! Our team will complete the review within 1 business day.

KYC Questionnaire
- Log in to your account.
- You’ll receive a pop-up message, tap Confirm to start onboarding procedures.
- If you choose Later, to start onboarding, go to Profile > Account Holder Information, and tap Continue Verification.
- Fill in your company's information and upload the required company documents.
- Verify the identity of the legal representative/director of the company.
- Enter the passport name of the legal representative/director.
- Scan the original copy of the legal representative/director’s passport.
- The legal representative/director takes a selfie by him/herself.
- Your submission is in progress! Our team will complete the review within 3 business days.
